Can you exercise after anti-wrinkle treatments and dermal fillers?

The short answer is not for 24 hours. The reason is, exercise or strenuous activity, excessive sweating or exposure to heat will decrease the effectiveness of the anti-wrinkle product.

It is important to be mindful if you are someone who does yoga, any inversion positions or pressure on the face will increase your risk of ptosis (drooping eyelids or eyebrows). Although ptosis is a very uncommon adverse event, the risk is increased when aftercare is not followed. Another reason is sweating and touching your face after injections can increase your risk of getting an infection at the injection sites.
